1. Space + Netmar, Inc. reserves the
right to refuse WWW service to any company or individual for any
reason.
2. Space + Netmar, Inc. makes no warranties, either expressed or
implied, including but without being limited to any warranties of
merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
3. Space + Netmar, Inc. takes no responsibility for materials
posted in its users accounts, even if such materials are setup and/or
maintained by Space + Netmar, Inc. This includes responsibility for
accuracy of information and potential copyright infringement. All such
responsibilities fall on the account holder.
4. Space + Netmar expressly forbids
anyone from using Space + Netmar systems for the propagation,
distribution, housing, processing, storing, or otherwise handling in
any way lewd, obscene, or pornographic material, or any other material
which we deem to be objectionable, including, but not limited to,
pornography, satanic materials, and any and all materials of an adult
nature. The designation of any materials as such described above is
left entirely to the discretion of the Space + Netmar management.
5. Netmar Unix shell accounts are for use in maintenance of
World Wide Web pages and associated data stored on Space + Netmar
systems. All users are expected to use network resources in a
conscientious and reasonable manner, as determined by Space + Netmar
system administrators. Intentional misuse of network and/or system
resources, or use for activities not related to, or in support of
locally stored World Wide Web pages is not allowed.
6.Space + Netmar users may not, at any time, transmit from or
through Space +Netmar systems, email advertisements to any company or
individual who has not previously requested information, either by an
online WWW Guestbook, email, or some other form of previous contact.
7. Use of Space + Netmar systems constitutes consent to
monitoring. While it is not Space + Netmar's policy to continuously
monitor users, Space + Netmar may, in the event of a known or
suspected security breach or attack, institute various forms of
network monitoring.Space + Netmar is not obligated to announce such
monitoring. Data obtained through such monitoring will be held
strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties
unless required by law.
8. When you use a sub domain name
hosted by Space + Netmar you do not buy or own the name, you merely
ask us to point it to an internet address and we charge you for doing
so.
9. You must have the right to use any name you request from us
and by registering you confirm to us that you have that right.
10. By using any of the names made
available by Space + Netmar you agree to keep Space, + Netmar Inc, TGD
and all their officers, directors and employees fully and effectively
indemnified at all times and also indemnify them all accordingly
against all costs claims liabilities actions and expenses arising
directly or indirectly through your choice and use of the domain name
or by any breach by you of your obligations contained herein.
11. You may register any of the names made available by Space +
Netmar on behalf of somebody else, you may not however pre-register a
name without the end users knowledge and permission and then attempt
to sell it on to them. Breach of this condition will result in
termination of service.
12. Acceptance of name registrations is at the discretion of
Space + Netmar and it's associates. Names will not be accepted that
are (a) already in use, (b) deemed obscene or otherwise unsuitable (c)
we believe you may not have the right to use. Space + Netmar reserves
the right to refuse any registration without explanation.
13. TGD being the registered owner of
domain CO-UK.COM allows others to provide services in conjunction with
this domain but shall not be liable in any way for failure of such
service.
14. Fees for hourly work are billed
NET 20.
15. Space + Netmar accepts payment in the form of company and
personal cheques, money orders, certified cashiers' and bank cheques,
international monetary drafts drawn on U.S. funds, MasterCard, Visa,
American Express, Discover, and Diners' Club. Cash payments are not
accepted. DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE POST.
16. All Netmar invoices are due NET 20 days from date of invoice
unless explicitly stated otherwise on the invoice.
17. Past due accounts with balances in excess of $10 will be
assessed a late charge of $10 immediately after the due date, plus
1.5% per 30 days beginning 30 days after the due date.
18. Customers who pay their initial setup
charges by credit card ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY PLACED ON AUTO-BILLING.
The Credit Card Authorisation Form MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED before
recurring charges can be billed to a credit card.
19. Any accounts 90 or more days past due may be submitted to a
national collection agency for collection action. Any charges
submitted for collection action are subject to a 100% collection fee.
20. Advance fees are non refundable
except in the case of gross failure of service. |
